Own Your Own Financials Workshop

This session will prepare the entrepreneur for the first and subsequent meetings with their investors. Entrepreneurs will learn the terms and skills needed to create a defensible financial picture of the company helping them to better articulate and defend the business model and strategy. Companies will have the opportunity to receive on-the-spot feedback from leading experts.

Winning Valuation and Term Sheet Strategies

Determining the valuation of your company is both and art and a science critical to closing a deal. In this session, venture capitalists, angel investors, and entrepreneurs will discuss the valuation issue as well as familiarity with term sheet issues.

Alternative Sources of Funding

Many alternative funding sources exist to accelerate companies. Entrepreneurs and non-VC/angel investors will share opportunities, strategies and success stories that work.
