INSEAD Global Entrepreneurship Forum: “2009 - the time of opportunities”

Entrepreneurship is one of the core areas of INSEAD.  It is in its DNA. 

It is not a surprise that about half of INSEAD graduates end up running their own companies.  Entrepreneurs do not function well in a vacuum; they thrive on mutual energy and enthusiasm.  So each year INSEAD provide a forum for entrepreneurs and early stage investors to meet, once on its Asia Campus and once on itsEurope Campus. INSEAD calls these its Global Entrepreneurship Forums. 

To date the Global Entrepreneurship Forums have proven highly effective at bringing together entrepreneurs from different countries and backgrounds, generating new connections and new ideas.  INSEAD feels that in the current economic crisis this is of particular importance. 

This year INSEAD has also introduced presentations from two top student ventures and four top alumni ventures and are bringing a number of leading VC firms to campus.
