About Quadrus Conference Center
Our meetings are held in the large main conference room. There’s a
spacious deck off the backside that we’ll use when the weather permits
for networking. There may also be occasions where we’re using the front
patio for check-in or networking.
Parking at Quadrus Conference Center
Because of the meeting start times, parking is available at both the
lower conference center lot to the left as you drive in and at the top
of the hill near the building (on the right side of the building and
BEHIND the building in the back parking lot). If you enter from the
back, please still check in at the registration table.
Driving Directions
From San Francisco:
From San Francisco: Take 280 South to the Sand Hill Road exit. Go east
on Sand Hill Road for 1.5 miles, then turn left at the light for Saga
Lane.
From San Jose: Go Take 280 North to the Sand Hill Road exit. Go
east on Sand Hill Road for 1.5 miles, then turn left at the light at
Saga Lane.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
All registered attendees of a monthly meeting will receive an e-mail
before the meeting, reminding them of the upcoming event and confirming
their registration.
- WIC members WITHOUT annual meal passes and nonmember refunds:
You can request a refund up to noon on the Tuesday prior to the monthly
meeting (third Thursday of each month). After Tuesday at noon, no
refunds will be issued.
- WIC members WITH annual meal passes: annual meal pass
holders aren’t automatically preregistered for events. Pass holders
must preregister using the pass-holder ticket option. If a pass holder
finds that a reservation must be cancelled, they should cancel no later
than noon on the Tuesday prior to the monthly meeting (third Thursday
of each month). If a WIC pass holder doesn’t cancel in advance and ends
up not attending a meeting, WIC will follow up with the registrant
after the meeting and to remind her of the cancellation policy. If a
registrant misses two meetings in a membership year without advanced
cancellation, WIC will charge $25 for the second missed meeting.
While
we understand special circumstances, we request your cooperation with
this policy in order to help us plan meals accurately with the
restaurant and make the most of membership funds.
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent to us. We would appreciate hearing from any registrant regarding a cancellation EVEN UP TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
