Catalyst, ION, and other reputable organizations have identified impediments and barriers that explain why this condition continues but little attention is really paid to how we impede our own efforts. It's not so much about fault-finding and blame as it is about the unconscious ways we continue to be "the arsonist in our own fire!" Until we identify and intervene in this unconsciousness we are likely to continue the very slow assent towards parity. This engaging and highly interactive session will be presented by Rayona Sharpnack, Founder & CEO, Institute for Women's Leadership, she will give us a chance to peek under the unconsciousness that befalls us as women leaders, including the inherited paradigms that shape our behavior every day and will provide techniques to begin the process of identifying innovative and fun ways to dig out.
