Moving women in to leadership positions in tech lacks the momentum that other industries experience. What does the future hold for women leaders in tech and what are the challenges women face in moving higher up the leadership ladder?

Futurist Mary O’Hara Deveraux will address a number of strategies that women can deploy to accelerate positive results.

* Strategies women can deploy to accelerate results
* How women can lead the design in building women friendly companies and cultures

About Mary O’Hara-Devereaux
Mary is the CEO of Global Foresight and an internationally recognized business forecaster and strategist. She has consulted for numerous global players, including ChevronTexaco, Coca-Cola, Motorola and Procter & Gamble and government agencies in the United States and China. Mary’s latest book, Navigating the Badlands is a look at the perils of today’s economy. In addition, she has been a senior faculty member at the University of California, University of Hawaii, Peking University, and the Institute for the Future.
