London Business School's Entrepreneurial Leadership Speakers seminar is a monthly speaker series that brings leaders from the European technology and venture capital community to campus to share their insights and stories behind high growth businesses.
Stefan Glänzer Stefan is acting as Executive Chairman at Mendeley and has invested in 20+ internet start-ups. He is currently a venture partner at Fidelity Ventures Ltd. and Executive Chairman at Last.fm Ltd. He also co-founded several media companies (an advertising agency, a book publisher, and TV production), launched Germany´s first print magazine about the internet ("CU") in 1996 and started multiple internet companies (ricardo.de, myblog.de). "I am absolutely convinced I am an entrepreneur since my very first job, having left the university with a PHD in International Management in 1991 and ending my DJ career, which started in 1976. My goal is to convey an idea of the beauty of entrepreneurship - thats why I´m teaching Entrepreneurship at the WHU business school, Germany, and still invest time and money in start-ups all over Europe."
