SDForum presents Legal One on One

Every second Wednesday of the month at the Redwood City offices of White & Lee, a lawyer will be available to meet with you for 30 minutes from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered and obtain advice on tightening up your funding presentation.

In University when we all had problems with Advanced Quantum Physics, we could visit Professor Karbunkle during open hours at his office. We knew he’d always be there, always with the right answer (at least he thought so), and we could drop in without an appointment. It must have worked…you graduated, right?

Now, in the real world of the Valley, nothing has changed. The problems are still there, only now its where to find the money, how to pay the staff, how to tell that venture guy on the Board the bad news, how to keep your job, and how to sell the damn company to make some real money!

To answer these questions, and more…yes, you guessed right…we’ve brought the professor and visiting hours back! Only this time…egads!...its the lawyers!! Well, someone has to have the answers, and we think we’ve found them.
