• See the right opportunities and seize those opportunities
• Set proper standards, expectations, deliverables, & goals for your boss, yourself, your staff • Prioritize effectively – not all tasks are equal • Cut back on the non-essentials • Poka-Yoke (mistake proof) your work • Motivate others to focus, engage, and put their brains and energy into what they do • Delegate effectively (with or without staff)
