This year, the eagerly anticipated
tenth annual Women in Business Conference will address the theme of
‘Embracing Change in a Global Environment’. The conference recognises
that the global financial and economic crisis has led to a radical
re-think of how organisations could, and should, be managed. In the
wake of this crisis, we hope to debate what opportunities there are for
women, and more broadly for the next generation, to lead in different
ways and make an impact in all sectors of the economy and society.
We are privileged to announce that our keynote speakers will be Helen
Alexander CBE, President of CBI and Dr. Lynda Gratton, Professor of
Management Practice at London Business School.
The conference theme will be explored further through three panel discussions:
- Taking the less trodden path: pursuing non-traditional careers
- Success stories from emerging markets: a women’s perspective
- Pushing boundaries for women: experience from public and private sectors
