The Bay Area is home to many food innovations. Each year, new food start-ups crop up at the ready to take their products to market. Come hear from John Foraker, the CEO of Annie’s Inc. and Laila Tarraf, the Chief People Officer from Peet’s Coffee & Tea as they discuss the challenges encountered and lessons learned in the food industry. How does a company stay true to its mission and grow with integrity as it scales from a small retail outlet to a nationwide presence in grocery stores and online sales?
