Fortunately, we have rounded up four of the most accomplished female executives in the renewable energy field. These women are single-handedly smashing the proverbial industry glass ceiling in the wind, solar and smart grid sectors. Panelists will discuss their professional and personal development in their respective fields and how members of the audience can carve a clearly defined pathway to a clean energy future! Attendees will have ample time to ask questions and network before and after the presentation.

Panelist Bios:
Jan Blittersdorf
Jan serves as President and CEO of NRG Systems, manufacturer of wind measurement equipment for the global wind energy industry. Board of Directors for the American Wind Energy Association, the Women of Wind Energy, the Institute for Sustainable Communities and the Fairbanks Museum. Chair of the American Wind Wildlife Institute (AWWI). Received BS from University of Vermont.
Daphne Li
Daphne is a proven, results-driven Bay Area COO with several years of P&L experience. Former COO and Advisor to leading solar provider Sungevity, Daphne sits on the board of KQED, and has held leadership roles at ADP, Apple, DoveBid and six years at Bain & Co. The proud mother of twin toddlers, Daphne earned her MBA and BA in Economics from Stanford University.
Sonita Lontoh
Sonita is a visionary smart grid, clean/green tech executive with 10+ years of experience in energy. She is currently Head of Corporate Marketing at Trilliant, a global Smart Grid company. Previous roles include VP of Marketing Grid Net (Smart Grid and Smart Home software platform company), leader at PG&E responsible for strategic and marketing initiatives including Smart Grid, Renewables and Carbon programs. She earned a Masters in Engineering from MIT, MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
Stephanie Wang
Stephanie serves as the Director of Programs & Campaigns for the Clean Coalition, a nonprofit organization focused on accelerating the U.S. transition to cost-effective clean local energy. An attorney with expertise in energy policy and project development and finance, she has advised Pacific Environment on California energy policy. Six years as project development and finance attorney with Cox Castle & Nicholson in SF and Fried Frank in NYC, she earned her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Michigan.
