The day will include a lunchtime panel relevant to all entrepreneurs, which will relate and compare Angel Capital to Venture Capital.

The relationship and differences between Angel Capital and Venture Capital can be difficult for the entrepreneur to navigate. If not fully contemplated, these difficulties can lead to real challenges for the entrepreneur when trying to raise present and future rounds. What can an entrepreneur do to better understand the perspective and opportunity of each? This panel of Angels and VCs will openly discuss how to navigate and develop productive and profitable working relationships that benefit the company and do not short cut opportunities to access capital.
