Working with men that believe in our mission, we are changing the world for women and technology. ![]() BayBio BayBio is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(6) trade association serving the life science industry in Northern California. The staff and services of BayBio are paid primarily through memberships, sponsorships, and event registration fees. BayBio provides these services through representatives in South San Francisco and through coalition partners in Washington, DC. ![]() Belizean Grove The Belizean Grove is a constellation of influential women who are key decision makers in the profit, non-profit and social sectors; who build long term mutually beneficial relationships in order to both take charge of their own destinies and help others to do the same. ![]() C200 The Committee of 200: The primary mission of C200 and its Foundation is to foster, celebrate and advance women's leadership in business. Our membership organization offers current leaders access to unique programming plus an unparalleled professional and personal network of their peers. Through targeted outreach and support to future leaders, the C200 Foundation also helps to ensure that women will continue to take evermore significant and visible leadership roles. ![]() Center for BioEntrepreneurship, UCSF The UCSF Center for BioEntrepreneurship offers programs and resources to develop the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders in the life science industry. CBE weaves the UCSF community into the broader Bay Area community of life science innovators and entrepreneurs, company executives, investors, attorneys, and other professionals to help successfully translate discoveries from the laboratory to commercialization for the benefit of the institution and society. The Center for BioEntrepreneurship is an arm of the Office of Research at the University of California San Francisco . UCSF is recognized as a premier institution dedicated to healthcare, biomedical research and training. NVCA's mission is to foster greater understanding of the importance of venture capital to the U.S. economy, and support entrepreneurial activity and innovation. The NVCA represents the public policy interests of the venture capital community, strives to maintain high professional standards, provides reliable industry data, sponsors professional development, and facilitates interaction among its members. ![]() NCWIT NCWIT is the National Center for Women & Information Technology. We are a coalition of more than 100 prominent corporations, academic institutions, government agencies, and non-profits working to increase women's participation in information technology (IT). NCWIT is a 501(c)(3), established in 2004 with startup funding from the National Science Foundation, Avaya, Microsoft, Pfizer, Bank of America, Intel, HP, the Kauffman Foundation, and Qualcomm. ![]() New York Angels The mission of New York Angels, Inc. is to provide a forum in which its members can exchange information about investment opportunities in early-stage technology and emerging growth companies in the Northeast and to provide administrative support as its members help such companies to grow to market leadership. ![]() SJF Ventures Since establishing its first venture fund in 1999, SJF has actively invested in the cleantech, premium consumer products, business services, and web services sectors. Representative investment areas include renewable energy and efficiency, organic and healthy consumer products, digital media, and outsourced business services. The firm's principals work closely with entrepreneurs to identify growth opportunities, develop industry relationships, obtain debt and equity capital, execute company acquisitions, and accelerate marketing initiatives. ![]() Springboard Enterprises Venture-Catalyst Springboard Enterprises is the go-to organization for information about and support for emerging growth ventures led by women. Springboard has become a central player in the infrastructure that fosters women’s entrepreneurship with the goal of connecting women entrepreneurs and investors nationally and globally. What began as a series of Venture Capital Forums seeded and promoted by hundreds of supporter has proven to be a highly effective model for fast-tracking women entrepreneurs into the equity markets. ![]() The Hatchery The Hatchery provides a unique funnel for New York innovators to interact with investors, present their plans, receive expert feedback, and pave the way for them to receive funding. At the heart of our model the Gauntlet, an interactive process that gives entrepreneurs a forum to present their strategies to a range of investors. ![]() The Three Tomatoes The Three Tomatoes, targeting boomer women, is a free insiders e-newsletter guide to living, playing and having fun in and out of New York City. ![]() TiE TiE, a not-for-profit global network of entrepreneurs and professionals, was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley, California, USA. Although its birth name, The Indus Entrepreneurs, signifies the ethnic South Asian or Indus roots of the founders, TiE stands for Talent, Ideas and Enterprise. It is an open and inclusive organization that has rapidly grown to more than forty five chapters in ten countries. TiE endeavors to cultivate and nurture the ecosystems of entrepreneurship and free-market economies everywhere, as it sees this to be the single most powerful instrument of prosperity. ![]() w2wlink w2wlink.com is the premier community dedicated to professional women, helping you get to where you’re going – faster. We provide you expert knowledge, tools to overcome obstacles, and connection with others in our online groups. ![]() Webgrrls Webgrrls International, is an online and offline networking organization of professional business women focused on propelling their careers and businesses forward. We focus on networking and connecting with others, leveraging and learning about technology, learning new skills and finding jobs, finding mentors and interns, and gaining access to support and information. ![]() Women 2.0 Women 2.0 aims to increase the number of young women entrepreneurs by encouraging women to work with and in the field of technology, providing resources that will lead to the launch of their company, and networking women with other female entrepreneurs, experienced executives, and investors. ![]() Women Presidents Organization The WPO is headquartered in New York City and currently boasts over 75 active chapters and over 1000 members across the US and in Canada. There are two primary membership options: Chapter and Member-At-Large. Each chapter meets monthly, consists of 10-20 women presidents/CEOs/Managing Directors/etc, and is moderated by a professionally-trained facilitator. Chapters are not permitted to have more than one business in the same industry represented.
